 ‘Received the package, here, near Ottawa, eight days after they were mailed.  No taxes.  Great, thank you!  I have been using them for the last two weeks, and now that we have set the clocks back an hour, I really had a chance to evaluate these bulbs on the way home from work yesterday.  I am very impressed.  I even had another driver flash me thinking that I had had my highbeams on!
